We love to see the good, the bad, and the ugly — and how someone's vision and knowledge transformed a space. We acquire a lot of befores and help create the afters. Just a framed door opening in a wall. Just piers that need to be like Versailles. Just a ceiling. It all matters to our designers, and we think it's all important.

Good product

I make 3 beaded door for a floating vanity, glue to 3/8 MDF panel and laminate with white oak veneer

The picture of the flexible panels has nothing to do with the real product

I had an excellent experience with the customer service team throughout the entire ordering process. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Their level of support is the main reason I'm giving three stars instead of a lower rating.

Unfortunately, the product itself was a major disappointment. It looks nothing like the product shown on the website. The color, shape, and overall appearance are completely different from the photos and description online. I specifically chose this product because I needed it to closely match the color shown for my project, but what I received was so different that I had to change my entire design plan.

Considering the price, I expected the product to accurately represent what was advertised. While I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, I hope the company updates its website images or improves product consistency so future customers receive something that closely matches what they expect.

Panels were perfect for this gameroom wet bar/TV wall application.

Best Choice

So happy I purchased a medallion made of composite instead of plaster. It was so much easier to install. We painted it with white ceiling paint from an 11 foot ceiling, and it is absolutely indistinguishable from a traditional plaster medallion. White River was prompt in shipping as it arrived only three days after ordering it online. Great job White River!

White River is great. I had been frustrated by the lack of moulding options available in the Seattle area and discovered that at White River there were many options. I made my selection and received the order super fast. The product is great and added a beautiful detail to my project. I highly recommend White River.
